Drupal website benefits for onilne businesses

The reason I'm so crazy about Drupal and how it makes building business websites, and online communities is the ease in which you can achieve this, and the wonderful support you get from the Drupal community.

The skibby on Drupal is this:

You can use drupal for a simple blog, build web apps that use Drupal as a platform, incorporate forums, newsletter, analytics, advertising, video, RSS feeds, and the list goes on and on for what is possible with very little work using Drupal CMS.

After winning tons of awards and growing to almost 300,000 members, the Drupal community is very strong, very involved, and continuously growing. This along with Drupal being used for several major websites makes it easy to see why you should chose Drupal when deciding what platform to build your website on.

I am not going to get into the numbers because there are a ton of other places for that, and you can visit http://drupal.org to get all the info you need about Drupal, what I want to stress are the possibilities of what can be achieved.

With Web 2.0, iPhone Apps, Facebook widgets, YouTube, and a host of other great sites and concepts, Drupal is making it easy for the average person to provide a great service to their particular audience.

This leaves my question to you. What exactly is it that you want to achieve with your online presence? Are you going to sell a product, provide a service, write a blog, create web utilities, build a community, launch an online forum discussion, or ....? What ever you want to do you can pretty much get it done with Drupal and more people are realizing that everyday.

I've been messing around with it now for almost 2 years but until lately I didn't really know what I wanted to do with it. I realized very early on the capability and scope of diversity in which Drupal is well known for, and I finally figured it out.

Because of my obsession with Drupal I've started promoting a Drupal training website http://DrupalOnlineTraining.com which is going to be a one stop shop for content that's available for free all over the web, but instead of Googling all day to find the best resources, and quality content. It's going to be a community location where you go to get answers for exactly what you're looking for.

To aid in answering question and getting results fast I've also started a Twitter http://twitter.com/DrupalTraining account that's filling out quite nicely with Drupal ninja's(experts at Drupal) that have all followed to assist in providing answers to your questions.

You can register your account for DrupalOnlineTrainin.com here and follow the Twitter link above to get the most out of the site and services we are providing.
